Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Senior Digital Marketing manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across digital channels, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns independently while coordinating with internal teams.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can balance strategic planning with execution in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online platforms Develop and manage content strategies for social media, digital ads, and online creatives Drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and ROI through organic and paid campaigns Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations Coordinate with designers, internal teams, and external partners for smooth campaign execution Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, performance marketing, and content strategy Proven experience managing social media platforms and paid campaigns Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Comfortable working in a hybrid work model Male candidates preferred
