Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
Own the digital sales target. Design and execute full-funnel strategies that prioritize high-intent traffic and conversions over vanity metrics.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel, reducing drop-offs and increasing the
Average Order Value (AOV)
and
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
.
Performance Marketing:
Manage high-budget campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strict focus on
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
and
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
.
Retention & Upselling:
Implement aggressive remarketing and email automation workflows to drive repeat purchases and revenue from existing customers.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use advanced analytics to attribute revenue to specific channels and shift budgets in real-time to the most profitable streams.
Required Skills
Experience:
3+ years in Digital Marketing with a documented history of hitting
revenue/sales targets
(preferably in E-commerce, EdTech, or D2C).
Conversion Mastery:
Deep expertise in
Landing Page Optimization
and A/B testing specifically aimed at increasing checkout rates.
Sales Psychology:
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to write high-converting, "hard-sell" copy.
Advanced Tracking:
Proficiency in server-side tracking, GTM, and GA4 to ensure 100% accuracy in revenue attribution.
