Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Develop and execute
end-to-end digital marketing strategies
aligned with business and client objectives
Plan and manage integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, content, and performance marketing
Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to drive growth
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a
cross-functional digital marketing team
Allocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of projects
Conduct regular performance reviews and team training
Client Handling
Act as the
primary point of contact for key clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
Present strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Social Media Management
Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution
Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Track engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize performance
SEO & Performance Marketing
Lead
SEO strategy
(on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and ranking improvement
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with ROI focus
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
Prepare detailed performance reports and optimization plans
Use data-driven insights to improve conversions and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in
digital marketing
with a 360 role
Proven experience in
team leadership and client management
Strong expertise in
SEO, social media, paid media, and performance marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with agencies or multiple clients is a plus
Tools & Platforms
Google Analytics, Google Search Console
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
