Senior Performance Marketer cum Senior Digital Marketer

hands-on, proactive
, and can manage end-to-end performance campaigns, especially for D2C brands.
You'll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and launch high-ROAS performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, and more)
Scale ad accounts profitably while maintaining strong MER and CAC targets
Analyze campaign performance, prepare insight-driven reports, and suggest optimizations
Own media buying budgets and consistently identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives and messaging angles
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new features
Assist in overall digital marketing activities like email marketing, landing page CRO, etc.
Requirements:
2-4+ years experience in Paid Ads/Performance Marketing (D2C brand experience preferred)
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and understanding of attribution
Strong analytical skills -- Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, Looker Studio reporting is a plus
Deep understanding of D2C buyer journeys and sales funnels
Bonus if you have experience with Klaviyo, CRO strategies, or TikTok ads
Must be proactive, organized, and a strong communicator

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
