Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:



Brand Strategy:



Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.

Marketing Campaigns:



Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote the company's products and services.

Market Research & Analysis:



Conduct thorough market research to understand target audience behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Brand Positioning & Messaging:



Develop a unique brand voice and positioning across all marketing channels. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.

Content Development:



Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies to develop high-quality marketing materials, including ads, videos, blogs, and brochures.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:



Lead the digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

PR & Media Relations:



Manage public relations efforts to build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.

Budget Management:



Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:



Analyze and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

Requirements:



Master Degree in Marketing (Preferred)

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills.
