Key Responsibilities
Lead overall digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels.
Manage SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) and ensure steady growth in rankings and traffic.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
Oversee website updates and performance (WordPress + basic HTML).
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare reports using analytics tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, content, and lead generation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing; 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in SEO (must-have).
Hands-on experience with WordPress and basic HTML.
Proven experience in performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, etc.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Good to Have
Content strategy or copywriting experience.
Knowledge of CRO, email marketing, automations, or lead-gen funnels.
Experience with automation tools, CRO, email marketing, or B2B campaigns.
