We are looking for an experienced

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

with deep expertise in

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)

growth within the

fashion and lifestyle industry

.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving

brand visibility, online sales, and digital storytelling

across owned platforms and paid media channels. The ideal candidate blends analytical precision with creative intuition -- capable of scaling a premium fashion brand in the digital age.

You'll oversee

performance marketing, digital strategy, CRM, content marketing, and e-commerce growth

, ensuring that brand storytelling converts into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. D2C Growth & Performance Marketing



Lead the

D2C growth strategy

across all paid, owned, and earned media channels. Plan, execute, and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

on Meta, Google, YouTube, and Pinterest. Drive

traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases

through precision audience segmentation. Manage digital budgets, monitor ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics, and ensure profitability. Develop data-driven insights for campaign optimization and scaling.

2. Brand Communication & Fashion Storytelling



Build and maintain a

premium digital tone of voice

that aligns with global fashion aesthetics. Translate brand moodboards and collections into digital-first storytelling. Oversee the execution of

fashion campaigns, pre-launch teasers, and lookbook content

. Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and production teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints.

3. Digital Commerce & Consumer Experience



Partner with e-commerce and tech teams to improve

site UX/UI and conversion rates

. Lead

CRO initiatives

(Conversion Rate Optimization) for the brand's website and landing pages. Oversee

CRM, retention, and automation

through email, WhatsApp, and remarketing tools. Build loyalty strategies that enhance customer lifetime value and brand affinity.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights



Monitor all campaign data using

GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools

. Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting performance insights and ROI. Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify growth opportunities. Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics and digital trend mapping.

5. Leadership & Collaboration



Lead a digital team comprising performance marketers, designers, and content specialists. Work closely with the

Creative, PR, and E-commerce

departments to align brand goals. Present performance and growth insights to the leadership team. Mentor junior digital talent and build a strong results-oriented culture.

Requirements



5-8 years of experience in

digital marketing within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sector

. Proven success in

D2C business growth and online revenue scaling

. Expert-level knowledge of

Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting platforms

. Deep understanding of

fashion consumer behavior, content aesthetics, and influencer impact

. Strong analytical mindset with comfort using

GA4, Data Studio, Shopify, and CRM tools (Klaviyo/WebEngage)

. Excellent communication, campaign planning, and leadership skills. Ability to merge creative vision with data-backed performance.

Preferred Skills



Experience managing large-scale

seasonal fashion campaigns

. Understanding of

influencer-led conversions, PR integration, and organic community building

. Knowledge of

luxury positioning, color psychology, and trend-based audience segmentation

. Awareness of

international D2C benchmarks

and ability to replicate global best practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
