Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Leadership
- Develop and execute a 360 digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Performance Marketing
- Drive ROI-focused campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team (in-house + external agencies).
Brand Positioning
- Strengthen digital presence through storytelling, influencer collaborations, and innovative campaigns.
Analytics & Insights
- Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and provide detailed reports to management.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Lead SEO initiatives, oversee content calendars, and ensure strong organic visibility.
Marketing Automation
- Implement CRM, email, and remarketing tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Budget Ownership
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
6-10 years of proven experience in
digital marketing leadership roles

Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, content strategy, and growth marketing.
Prior experience in
scaling D2C or consumer brands
is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
