We are seeking a

Senior Digital Marketing Lead

with strong expertise in SEO and Google Ads to take charge of our digital growth strategy. This is a leadership role for an ambitious professional who can design data-driven campaigns, deliver measurable results, and lead a growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in scaling our digital presence, optimizing performance marketing initiatives, and driving ROI across channels--all while mentoring your team and aligning strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Build and implement digital marketing strategies that fuel business growth. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team for flawless campaign execution. Work closely with senior management to integrate digital strategies into overall business plans.

SEO & Organic Growth

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Drive sustainable organic traffic, top rankings, and domain authority.

Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

Manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube. Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversions.

Analytics & Insights

Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver regular reports. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs for actionable insights.

Content & Branding

Oversee content planning for blogs, ads, and social media. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Innovation & Trends

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, tools, and digital marketing trends. Recommend and implement innovative strategies for better results.
Requirements

5-7 years of proven digital marketing experience, with core expertise in

SEO and Google Ads

. Successful track record in running high-budget campaigns and achieving measurable ROI. Proficiency with

Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Manager

. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
