DESIGNATION: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Our company is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to be the head of our digital marketing team. Senior digital marketing managers are often responsible for developing strategies that will help their company succeed in its digital endeavours. This might include creating content plans, managing social media accounts, optimizing web pages, etc. Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media advertising).
• \xc2\xb7 Lead SEO/SEM efforts to increase online visibility and traffic.
• \xc2\xb7 Work with internal teams to design, build, and maintain social media presences across client accounts.
• \xc2\xb7 Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• \xc2\xb7 Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• \xc2\xb7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, especially in content development, video, and emerging channels.
• \xc2\xb7 Lead, manage, and train the digital team to ensure excellent results in website traffic growth, engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• \xc2\xb7 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in digital strategy and campaign management
• \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
• \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• \xc2\xb7 Superior leadership and communication skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
