Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Expert with a proven track record of driving business growth through lead generation, high-traffic campaigns, affiliate marketing, and website promotions -- for both Indian and international markets.
You will play a key role in increasing company revenue via digital channels, managing paid ad platforms, SEO, affiliate income strategies, and closely coordinating with internal teams such as full stack developers, content writers, and SEO experts. You'll also participate in interviewing and evaluating new marketing team members.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Plan and execute campaigns to bring website development and digital service leads from India and global markets.
Build optimized sales funnels to drive traffic and maximize conversion.
Track performance and report on lead quality and revenue impact.
India & International Digital Campaigns
Tailor strategies to different geographies and buyer personas.
Run paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Ensure all campaigns are compliant and approved by advertising platforms.
Affiliate Marketing & Monetization
Build and manage affiliate marketing websites to drive passive income.
Work with networks like Amazon, ShareASale, Impact, ClickBank, etc.
Optimize affiliate content (comparisons, reviews, lead magnets) for revenue.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Work closely with full stack developers to optimize website speed, UX, and landing page performance.
Collaborate with SEO experts to align on keyword strategies, backlink plans, and SERP performance.
Guide and support content writers in developing high-conversion, SEO-friendly content.
Ensure all digital assets are aligned across design, messaging, and technical goals.
Team Development & Interviewing
Actively participate in the interviewing, testing, and selection of new digital marketing team members.
Provide performance input and mentoring for junior staff or freelancers.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and affiliate dashboards to track ROI.
Submit monthly reports showing campaign KPIs, growth, and revenue generation.
Requirements
4+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable success in business lead generation, international campaigns, and affiliate monetization.
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and landing page optimization.
Experience with affiliate platforms and building income-generating niche websites.
Strong knowledge of platform policies and ad approval processes (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Excellent coordination, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to evaluate candidate skills and participate in hiring interviews.
