KITSS is looking for a

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running successful ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spends.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage

Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns

. Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and control budgets effectively. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for ads. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and ROI. Work with the creative/content team to design engaging ad copies and creatives. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Ensure lead generation goals and performance KPIs are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience

in Digital Marketing with a focus on paid ads. Proven expertise in

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics tools (preferred). Excellent communication and reporting skills.
