Job Description

Own performance and marketplace marketing to drive traffic, conversions and DRR. You'll plan campaigns, improve visibility during events, and turn analytics into actions with tight coordination across Pricing, Catalog, and Ops.

What you'll do

Run and optimise

Meta/Google

marketplace ads

(Myntra/Instamart). Build promo/visibility plans for BAU & events; manage KBA/vendor-portal asks. Improve listing SEO, creatives and conversion (titles, images, A+/video). Launch NPIs with go-to-market plans and dashboards. Maintain GA4/Looker/Sheets reports for

ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, DRR, sell-through

. Align spends with stock ageing and city/DC availability. Share weekly insights and clear next actions.
