seeking for an experienced Paid Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving leads, conversions, and ROI through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, traffic, and conversions
Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Coordinate with creative, content, and web teams for campaign assets
Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Pixel
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of hands-on experience in paid/performance marketing
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, or other platforms is a plus
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
Experience managing medium to large ad budgets
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Agency or in-house performance marketing experience preferred
