About the Role



We are seeking a

strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital growth initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing

, with the ability to design and execute data-backed campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Execution



Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations

.

Implement

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

best practices to improve visibility and organic traffic.

Manage and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

to ensure maximum ROI.

Oversee

website traffic growth, user engagement

, and

conversion optimization

using data-driven insights.

Collaborate with

design, content, and tech teams

to create impactful campaigns and landing pages.

Develop

A/B testing frameworks

to identify high-performing creatives and strategies.

Analytics & Optimization



Track KPIs and performance metrics using

Google Analytics, Data Studio, and reporting tools

.

Analyze data and generate

weekly/monthly performance reports

with actionable insights.

Continuously identify opportunities for

optimization and innovation

across campaigns.

Social Media & Brand Communication



Lead social media strategy, ensuring

consistent brand tone and visual identity

.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce

engaging and conversion-oriented content

.

Explore influencer and affiliate marketing opportunities for brand amplification.

Leadership & Team Management (for senior roles)



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital specialists (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Design, Analytics).

Define KPIs, performance goals, and conduct periodic reviews to drive team excellence.

Promote collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.

Client & Stakeholder Communication (for senior roles)



Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients or partners.

Present campaign insights, strategy roadmaps, and ROI analysis to management and clients.

Align marketing strategies with overall business and sales goals.

Required Skills & Competencies



Proven expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools

(SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).

Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Excel, and data reporting tools

.

Strong understanding of

performance marketing, content marketing, and lead generation funnels

.

Excellent

project management, leadership, and communication skills

.

Ability to handle

multiple projects and campaigns

under tight deadlines.

Analytical mindset with a

data-driven decision-making approach

.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications

, or a related field.

Certifications in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Analytics

are a strong plus.

Minimum

3-6 years

of hands-on digital marketing experience for mid-level roles.

Preferred Experience



Strong command over

performance marketing and affiliate marketing

Proven track record of

driving conversions, traffic, and brand growth

Experience managing

marketing budgets and resource allocation

Familiarity with
