We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of proven expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and performance tracking, with the ability to drive brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow online presence.
Handle paid campaigns, analyze ROI, and optimize ad performance.
Create, monitor, and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Develop email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools/technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in content marketing and influencer collaboration.
Knowledge of e-commerce and B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
