Job Overview



We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is capable of handling full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion. The candidate must be strong in performance marketing, organic growth, content strategy, analytics, and communication.

This is a high-responsibility role focused on lead generation, digital strategy, and continuous growth of all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities



1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)



Plan, create, optimize, and scale ads on:
Instagram / Facebook
Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
LinkedIn Ads
Any other relevant B2B platforms
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and optimize campaigns regularly.
Build and manage high-conversion landing pages and funnels.

2. Organic Marketing & Content



Develop and execute an organic content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create ideas for posts, reels, carousels, and thought-leadership content.
Ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Work with the internal design team for creatives (or create basic designs themselves if required).

3. Digital Strategy & Growth



Build digital strategies for each service vertical:
CFO services
NRI taxation
Valuation
Market research
SME IPO
Investment banking & advisory
Define customer personas for each service and create targeted campaigns.
Study industry trends and incorporate best practices regularly.
Identify new tools, automation, and platforms to improve performance.

4. Website Management & Coordination



Coordinate with web developers for website updates, landing pages, or new features.
Should be capable of making basic website changes independently (WordPress preferred).
Ensure website SEO, speed, and user experience are maintained.

5. Full-Funnel Marketing



Build complete marketing funnels--from awareness to engagement to conversion.
Set up remarketing, automation (email/WhatsApp), and tracking.
Manage tools such as:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Tag Manager
WhatsApp automation tools

6. KPIs, Reporting & Analytics



Build and track KPIs such as:
Leads per month
Cost per lead
Conversion rates
Ad performance metrics
Organic engagement metrics
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Use data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.

7. Communication & Coordination



Coordinate with the design team, founder, and other departments as required.
Excellent communication skills (English) for writing copy, ads, and posts.
Be target-oriented and ensure consistent lead generation for the business.
Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B or financial services).
Strong experience in running paid ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of organic content strategy and analytics.
Working knowledge of website editing, SEO basics, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
Ability to understand different customer personas and market segments.
Familiar with tools like:
GA4, Google Tag Manager
Meta Business Suite
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Canva / basic design tools
CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and be accountable for lead generation targets.
