2. Performance Marketing
Oversee PPC, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower acquisition costs.
Manage agency relationships (if applicable).
3. SEO & Content Marketing
Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
Work with content teams to create high-impact content across blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to guide content plans.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Improve customer retention and lifetime value through data-driven CRM initiatives.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to leadership.
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user journeys.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, content, and creative teams to support business objectives.
Oversee digital assets, landing pages, creatives, and brand messaging.
