The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will lead and execute high-impact digital strategies to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance online performance across all digital platforms. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on expertise in digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps
Drive performance-based marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and conversions
2. Social Media Management
Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Plan and schedule content calendars
Coordinate with the creative team for high-quality posts, reels, videos, and stories
3. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, link building
Improve website ranking, traffic, and domain authority
Work with developers to enhance website performance & UX
4. Content Strategy
Oversee creation of blogs, ad copies, landing pages, and email content
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, SEO standards & marketing goals
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM tools
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
6. Email & Automation Marketing
Plan and execute email campaigns, drip sequences, and automation workflows
Manage tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
7. Coordination & Leadership
Work closely with designers, video editors, sales team, and management
Mentor junior marketing team members
Ensure smooth execution of all digital deliverables
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and PPC campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/ SEMrush/ Moz)
Creative thinking and excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of digital trends, funnels, and consumer psychology
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO certifications are an added advantage
