We are on a mission to scale our digital footprint and drive lead generation across all three brands. We are looking for a
high-performing Senior Digital Marketing Executive
to lead, strategize, and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for the group.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across all three companies. Your goal is to build brand visibility, generate inbound leads, improve online presence, and support sales growth through digital channels.
This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Execution
Build and manage digital marketing strategies for all three company brands.
Run high-performance campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
Drive website traffic, conversions, and quality leads using SEO, SEM & Paid Ads.
2. SEO & Website Management
Improve ranking for target industry keywords.
Manage on-page, off-page SEO and technical SEO.
Work with developers for website enhancements & landing page optimizations.
3. Social Media & Content
Plan and execute content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Oversee creation of posts, videos, graphics, and product launch campaigns.
Manage social media engagement and brand positioning.
4. Lead Generation & Analytics
Run data-driven paid campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Track KPIs: CTR, CPL, CAC, ROI, search ranking, landing page performance.
Create weekly and monthly digital performance dashboards.
5. Branding & Communication
Strengthen online brand identity of SEC, SES, and WiseAir.
Support product launches, exhibitions, seminars, and new marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years of digital marketing experience
, preferably in B2B or industrial/technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Analytics tools
.
Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns & performance marketing.
Good understanding of website CMS, UX/UI basics, and landing page optimization.
Excellent English communication & content creation ability.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
CompensationTotal Annual CTC:
?40K - 50K Per Month
