Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email, content).
Execute and scale
Meta Ads campaigns
(Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for lead generation and conversions.
Drive
SEO strategy
including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink building.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, new ad features, and SEO best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
2-3 years of proven experience in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
.
Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
Experience managing ad budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred.
Solid understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
