Digital Marketing Executive I. Responsibilities o Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy o Manage the strategy o Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices o Manage all digital marketing channels o Measure ROI and KPIs o Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget o Oversee all the company's social media accounts o Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics o Build an inbound marketing plan o Forecast sales performance trends o Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement o Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns o Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences o Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies o Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews with counselors & recruiters o Managing production and performance of multimedia content o Writing and proofreading creative copy o Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics o Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system o Managing social media campaigns o Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns. o Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate requirement o One year of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive o One year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies o Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels o Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices o One to two years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software o Familiarity with web design o Critical thinker and problem-solving skills o Team player o Good time-management skills o Great interpersonal and communication skills o BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
