We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Senior Digital Marketing Executive
to lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of current digital tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will be working closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.)
Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Plan and monitor the company's social media presence (organic and paid).
Oversee website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to create engaging digital assets.
Handle email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs for campaigns.
Mentor and support junior digital marketing staff when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC.
Experience in handling marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
