We are hiring a

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

for a

strictly on-site role in Bhubaneswar

. This position requires strong, hands-on experience in

SEO, Instagram Ads, and Google Business Profile (GBP)

. The candidate should be capable of independently managing and optimizing digital campaigns focused on lead generation and local visibility.

This role is suitable for professionals who prefer a

physical office environment

and close coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization Improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead quality Track performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush Strong focus on

local SEO and Bhubaneswar-based keywords

Instagram Ads / Meta Ads

Create, manage, and optimize Instagram ad campaigns Lead generation and brand awareness campaigns Audience targeting, A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget control Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS

Google Business Profile (GBP)

End-to-end management and optimization of Google Business Profile Improve calls, direction requests, and local map rankings Manage reviews, posts, Q&A, and regular updates Implement strategies to dominate local search visibility

Reporting & Strategy

Weekly and monthly performance reporting Data-driven decision making and continuous optimization Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and ad policies
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3-4 years of experience

in Digital Marketing Strong expertise in

SEO, Instagram Ads, and Google Business Profile

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of local lead-generation strategies Ability to work independently from office and take ownership of results
Preferred / Added Advantage

Experience in

real estate, interior design, or local service businesses

Knowledge of content strategy and basic ad copywriting Familiarity with Canva, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking

This is a 100% on-site position based in Bhubaneswar
