About the Role
Kamar Group (Taz Kamar Hotel, Kamar Residences & Banquet, Kamar Grove Resort, ASZ Restaurant, Urbania Luxury Travel, Monster Piercing & overseas units) is looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage performance marketing and online presence across our businesses in Chennai, Bangkok and the UK.

This is a performance-driven role - ideal for someone who enjoys running campaigns end-to-end, tracking every rupee spent, and turning data into bookings, leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing - Chennai Units
Taz Kamar Hotel (Chennai)
Plan and execute SEO strategy to improve hotel rankings on Google (brand + non-brand keywords).
Run and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for room bookings, offers and festive promotions.
Kamar Residences (Serviced Apartment)
Manage SEO, Google Ads (Search / Display) and Meta Ads to drive enquiries and long-stay bookings.
Create landing pages and ad copies tailored for families, NRI guests and corporate stays.
Kamar Grove (Resort / ECR)
Build and manage SEO + Google Ads campaigns focused on weekend getaways, day outings and group bookings.
Coordinate creatives for packages, special events and seasonal promotions.
ASZ - Adam Suvai Zone (Restaurant)
Run Meta Ads for dine-in, catering and party orders.
Manage content calendar (posts, reels, stories) to grow local visibility and engagement.
Urbania (Travel / Transfers)
Run Google Ads for airport transfers, group travel and custom packages.
Track lead quality and coordinate with the travel desk to improve conversion.
Monster Piercing - E-Commerce Launch
Plan the online launch strategy for body piercing products.
Set up and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy and other marketplaces.
Drive marketplace ads (sponsored listings) and optimize for reviews, visibility and conversions.
2. International Markets - Bangkok & UK (Body Piercing Material)
Plan and execute digital ad campaigns for body piercing materials in Bangkok and UK markets.
Research target audience, competitors and keywords for each geography.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketplace ads to build enquiries and online orders.
Coordinate with overseas partners/suppliers for pricing, offers and creatives.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Set up and use tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager for tracking performance.
Create weekly and monthly dashboards showing:
Leads / bookings / orders
Cost per lead / cost per booking
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and key conversion metrics
Continuously test and optimise campaigns (keywords, audiences, creatives, landing pages).
Present clear, simple reports and suggestions to Management.
4. Content, Coordination & Branding
Coordinate with internal teams / external designers for ad creatives, videos and landing pages.
Ensure brand consistency across all units while respecting each brand's identity (Taz Kamar, KR, KG, ASZ, Urbania, Monster Piercing, etc.).
Draft basic ad copies, post captions and emailers when needed.
Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trends (hotels, travel, e-commerce).
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side).
Strong hands-on experience in:
Google Ads (Search, Display, basic remarketing)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns)
SEO (on-page & off-page basics, keyword research, link building strategy)
Experience running performance campaigns with clear KPIs (leads/bookings/sales).
Basic experience with marketplaces (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Etsy/Etzee or similar) - listing, optimisation, ads - is a big plus.
Comfortable working on multiple brands simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary (CTC): ? 35,000 - ?40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
Performance incentives linked to leads, bookings and online sales (can be discussed in interview).
Exposure to both hospitality and e-commerce business models.
