We are looking for a candidates with
experience in performance/paid marketing
to join our digital team and handle digital marketing campaigns.
SKills:
Proven experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms .
Excellent knowledge of campaign analytics tools and proficiency in Google Analytics and/or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how to optimize campaigns for performance.
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ad Words and the Google Display Network.
Strategize and implement campaigns designed to meet client goals and objectives, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle; ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Work with the team to optimize digital paid campaigns for maximum conversion, and retention.
Create engaging and high-converting leads for campaigns, including ad copy, email templates, and landing pages.
Ensure the content aligns with the brand voice, client goals, and audience needs.
Monitor the performance of campaigns across all platforms, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.
Implement optimization strategies based on performance data and client feedback to improve results.
Conduct A/B testing on various ad formats, creative, targeting options, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies.
Conduct keyword research using various tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to identify high-performing keywords for campaigns. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign performance.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management and Head of the Department, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future opportunities.
