Position Overview
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Executive
who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing and executing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, KPI tracking, social media growth strategies, and foundational knowledge of
web design platforms (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Media Campaigns
Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and objectives to maximize ROI.
KPI Tracking & Analytics
Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Social Media Management
Oversee and manage clients' Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Sponsor and boost content to drive followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive alignment between content and campaigns.
Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Web Design & Development
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining websites on
Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, and other platforms
.
Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure websites are optimized for user experience, conversions, and SEO.
Implement landing pages and web assets to support paid campaigns and brand initiatives.
Client Coordination
Regularly communicate campaign performance and progress with clients.
Provide strategic input for scaling accounts and strengthening their digital presence.
Other Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.
Contribute to Repac's overall brand growth initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and analytics.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
web design platforms (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
