Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns in alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
Track ROI, ROAS, CPA, and other performance KPIs.
Social Media & Content
Oversee content strategy and calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Work with creative teams to ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.
SEO & Website Management
Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and content initiatives.
Coordinate with developers for website updates, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and present insights to management.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Guide junior executives, interns, and agency partners.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and creative deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
7-10 years of experience in
digital marketing
(preferably fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce).
Proven expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
(Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and content-led growth strategies.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
