We are looking for a

Senior Digital Marketing / Growth Leader

who can

own and lead the end-to-end launch of a new digital product

. This role is for someone with a

startup mindset

launching and scaling digital products

NOT a support or execution-only role

. The candidate will be responsible for

strategy, execution, and results

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end digital product launch campaigns

(pre-launch, launch & post-launch) Build and execute

aggressive growth & acquisition strategies

Drive

product branding, positioning, and messaging

Plan and manage

performance marketing

(Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) Own

SEO strategy

, content roadmap, and growth funnels Lead

video-led marketing

(short-form, explainers, launch creatives) Create structured

campaign calendars & launch schedules

Track KPIs, ROI, CAC, funnel performance & optimize continuously Coordinate with product, tech, and leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience

6-10 years of experience in

Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing

Proven experience launching digital products

(startup or scale-up) Strong understanding of

product branding & go-to-market strategy

Hands-on with

SEO, paid ads, content & video marketing

Startup experience is

mandatory

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
