Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend data-driven decision-making with creativity to grow and engage our digital audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, ensuring targeted reach, cost efficiency, and maximum ROI.

Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies, creatives, and targeting based on real-time insights. Collaborate with the design and content team to craft high-converting ad creatives, videos, and landing pages tailored to audience behavior and campaign goals. Manage organic social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including planning, scheduling, and engagement. Write clear, compelling copy for ads, social media, email newsletters, and other digital assets aligned with brand voice and messaging strategy. Execute email marketing campaigns with proper audience segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis. Track and report on overall digital campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing and digital outreach.

Required Skills & Experience:



2-4 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva (or equivalent), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue). Solid communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail and audience psychology. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

:

Experience working with non-profit, educational, or spiritual organizations. o Understanding of marketing for cause-driven campaigns or content with cultural/religious significance. Familiarity with content marketing, reels/video editing workflows, or influencer collaborations.
