We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our clients. : As a Digital Marketing Manager at My Digital Agency, you will be responsible for developing andexecuting comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will leverage your 6-8 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC ads, and analytics to drive online visibility, increase traffic, and maximize ROI for our clients. This role requires a high level of independence, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives. 2. SEO and SEM: Manage on-page and off-page SEO optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance. 3. PPC Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to clients. 5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions. 6. Social Media Management: Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement. 7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. 8. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their digital marketing objectives are met. 9. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve the best results. 10. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads,executing ad campaigns, Amazon, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Self-motivated and able to work independently. \xe2\x97\x8f Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
