We are looking for a result-driven SEO Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our SEO strategy. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how search engines work to drive high-quality traffic and achieve top rankings.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for website and landing pages
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEO tools
Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure
Monitor organic search performance and track KPIs (CTR, rankings, sessions, conversions)
Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements
Perform regular website audits and provide actionable recommendations
Create and manage backlink acquisition plans ensuring quality & compliance
Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams for unified marketing efforts
Stay updated with latest SEO algorithm changes, ranking factors, and best practices
Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for management
Improve local SEO performance including Google Business Profile
Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
2-5 years of proven SEO experience (agency/brand side preferred)
Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JS (added advantage)
Knowledge of CMS systems like WordPress / Shopify
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Understanding of content marketing & user search intent
Preferred Skills
Experience in
Local SEO
, schema markup, and core web vitals
Track record of ranking pages for competitive keywords
Basic skills in Canva/Premiere/Photoshop (optional)
Certifications in Digital Marketing / SEO (preferred but not mandatory)
