Position Summary:
As a Mobile App Marketer, you'll drive our app's marketing strategy and execute campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users. You will play a pivotal role in our team, leveraging both creative and analytical approaches to increase app visibility, downloads, and user engagement across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition: Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across various paid and organic channels (social media, Google Ads, app stores, Apple Search Ads, influencer marketing).
App Store Optimization (ASO): Lead ASO efforts, including keyword research, app store listings, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization, to improve visibility and downloads.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and measure their impact on user engagement and retention.
Customer Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies to boost user engagement and retention through personalized messaging, re-targeting campaigns, loyalty programs, and user feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and content teams to align app marketing with the overall brand vision and product goals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing techniques to keep our app relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in app store analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase, App Annie, Adjust) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads, Instagram Ads).
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
Creativity: Innovative mindset with a knack for crafting engaging marketing materials tailored to different user segments.
ASO Expertise: Proven experience in App Store Optimization and familiarity with App Store algorithms.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
Good knowledge of Excel for Report Making & good presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of UI/UX principles to work closely with design teams.
Relevant Work Experience
Candidates should have experience working on 10 Android mobile apps and 5 iOS mobile apps marketing ASO.
