Job Description

Planning menu for general diet and reviewing it.

Collaborating in purchase of food supplies and kitchen equipment

Check diet order sheet with the diet supply sheet

Check case sheet for doctors orders and patient reports

Conduct In- patient rounds

Ensure all the patients have been visited by dieticians

Planning day to day special diets, gastric gavages and for new admissions

Copy of diet plan to be kept in the case sheet

Assessing and planning tube feeding and Parenteral Nutrition for critical care patients at regular intervals

Submit the completed diet order sheet to the kitchen supervisor

Supervising preparation and packing of foods

Ensure that meals are promptly served

Evaluate the diet before serving and give feedback

Inspect food before serving and ensure correct amount, temperature and consistency

Directing and guiding all employees of F& B department

Discharge advice for In patients

Maintain good patient

-

dietician relationship

Follow infection control protocol:

o Ensure personal hygiene

o Proper storage of food

o Routine medical check up of kitchen personnel

o Immunization

Counselling of OP patients

Prepare written nutrition education materials.

Keep abreast of relevant nutrition research changes, changes in delivery of nutrition services etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

minimum: 10 years (Preferred)
