We're looking for a

Senior Dialer Manager

who can independently

design dialer strategy, optimize outbound performance, lead dialer governance, and manage large outbound operations

.

This role requires

deep dialer strategy ownership

, not just execution.

Mandatory Requirements -- Read Carefully

Must have

8+ years

in:
? Core dialer operations & outbound campaign management
? Dialer strategy design (not just execution)
? Evaluating & optimizing Connect %, RPC %, Drop %, Idle %, Agent Efficiency & SLAs
? Dialer performance tuning, pacing, throttling & system configuration
? Outbound campaign creation, list uploads & real-time monitoring
? Compliance frameworks: DND, TCPA, NDNC, Time-band rules, audit alignment
? End-to-end troubleshooting: call-flow, API failures, routing issues, list failures
? Leading a team (2+ years): dialer analysts / RTAs / agents
? Collaboration with WFM, Ops, MIS, Risk & Tech
? Ability to lead daily dialer execution independently

Candidates MUST have worked on

Predictive / Progressive / Preview Dialing

in large outbound setups.
