You Are:


You are an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of digital design technologies especially in Design For Test (DFT), Synthesis or related domains. You excel at problem-solving and debug to arrive at innovative solutions to maintain high Quality products. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills enable you to collaborate effectively with R&D teams and the Product team.


You are keen to learn and grow, always seeking to learn about the latest technologies and industry trends. You are self-directed and proactive, taking ownership of challenges and driving them to resolution. our commitment to quality, documentation, and process improvement ensures that solutions are robust and scalable. What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and protocols based on product requirements and specifications for improving Product Quality. Perform functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing on products for product releases. Creating and maintaining flow tests, automating tasks using software scripting capabilities. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and provide actionable feedback to R&D teams through our tracking systems. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes. Delivering internal training sessions, ensuring our internal teams are equipped to maximize product value. Support continuous improvement initiatives in validation methodologies and tools.


What You'll Need:

Design and verification experience in DFT or ATPG
Good programming skills in a scripting language like TCL, Perl, or Python. Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. BSEE or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MS
