About this Role

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Telco IT team at VOIS India (Pune/Bangalore). This role is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Test Data Management (TDM) tools, maintaining secure and resilient cloud systems, and driving innovation through modern DevOps practices. The individual will guide the team in adopting new technologies, ensure system performance and security, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do

--------------------


Lead development and enhancement of TDM tool functionalities. Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, etc. Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Loki, Tempo). Maintain highly available and secure systems on AWS Cloud. Guide the team in adopting new technologies and improving system NFRs (resilience, performance, cost). Conduct security assessments using SAST and DAST tools. Apply GitOps principles and infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform). Collaborate with stakeholders and manage risks effectively. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Who you are

Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Java development and 2+ years in DevSecOps. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud automation. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid working models. Proficient in Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred certifications: SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, Java. Additional experience in Kafka, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
