Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Azure Specialist) to lead the development, automation, and security of our Azure-based infrastructure and AI operations. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, with a specific focus on AI systems security, HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, CI/CD Pipeline management, and infrastructure automation. You will play a key role in ensuring our Azure AI Studio environment is production-ready, compliant, and optimized for high scale deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Azure DevSecOps best practices for our AI-driven products. Ensure end-to-end security and compliance, especially for Azure AI Studio environments, adhering to HIPAA and HITRUST standards. Manage and secure CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Architect and automate Azure Resource Groups, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), secrets management, and audit logging. Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Configure and maintain SendGrid for secure and reliable system notifications. Implement Datadog monitoring, logging, and alerting across AI workloads and microservices. Operationalize auditing and logging systems to support traceability, incident response, and compliance. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy and monitor AI workloads within Azure AI Studio, ensuring scalability, governance, and data security. Provide subject-matter expertise in secure AI model deployment, data protection, and responsible AI practices within Azure. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, or platform engineering roles. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, especially services related to AI/ML workloads and Azure AI Studio. Deep knowledge of Azure security, networking, identity management (AAD), and governance. Proven experience implementing and maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and related frameworks. Advanced experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines) and automation workflows. Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Familiarity with SendGrid configuration and email security practices. Strong hands-on experience with Datadog monitoring, dashboards, custom metrics, and alerting. Experience managing secure and compliant AI/ML workflows, including model versioning, data lineage, and governance within Azure AI Studio. Preferred Skills Experience in AI operations (MLOps) and model monitoring at scale. Familiarity with real-time telemetry and observability practices for AI pipelines. Experience with Zero Trust architecture, data encryption in transit and at rest, and API security. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
