Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Expertise in Azure or Salesforce platforms (bonus if both).
• Hands-on experience with AKS or other Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure software development practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Sumologic).
• Certifications in Azure, Salesforce, Kubernetes, or DevOps/Security domains.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support DevSecOps initiatives in Azure and/or Salesforce environments.
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on automation and compliance.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to align on DevSecOps standards, tooling, and governance.
• Implement and monitor security controls throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployments, and security.
• Stay current with emerging DevSecOps tools, cloud technologies, and security practices.
