What You'll Do

As engineers you are passionate about using software-based approaches to solve data-driven challenges and automate those solutions. You will contribute to setting up enterprise self-service solutions at scale. You need possess excellent collaboration and diplomacy skills. An added advantage would be having experience practicing infrastructure-as-code and DevOps. In addition, possess strong programming knowledge and problem-solving abilities. An ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and passionate about technology as well as drive innovation, quick learner and produce delightful experiences for customers. This person will demonstrate an insatiable curiosity, love to invent and innovate to solve difficult challenges in a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

solutions using

AWX Ansible

. Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using

GitHub Actions

.
Architect CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps best practices across teams

Implement and manage observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana for real-time monitoring and alerting

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and high availability

Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering

Strong proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operations.

Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and visualization

Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GithubActions, ArgoCD)

Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Proven leadership experience in cross-functional engineering teams

Pay: ?524,078.06 - ?1,903,786.65 per year
