Role


:Good in communication, customer centric, giving automation/process improvements recommendation with implementation strategy. Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshoot issues. Monitor application performance and health, and analyze logs to identify problems. Diagnose and resolve bugs, incidents, and outages in a timely manner. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and improvements. Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and updates. Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery. Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with software development teams to design scalable and reliable applications.
