Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Cloud Native)

Location: [India/Remote]

Reporting to: CTO / Head of InfrastructureRole

Summary:

Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our Kubernetes infrastructure. Stabilize, optimize, and scale our production clusters for the Health Claim Management Solution.

You will move us beyond basic containerization to a robust GitOps-driven environmentKey

Responsibilities:Kubernetes Architecture & Management:GitOps & CI/CD pipelines:Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Observability & Reliability (SRE):Security & Compliance.

Skill Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, with at least 3 years of deep, hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production.

Kubernetes Mastery: You must understand the internals of K8s (etcd, kube-scheduler, controller-manager).

Experience with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd) is a strong plus.Tooling: Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD/FluxDatabase Ops: PostgreSQL, MongoDBCloud/On-Prem: AWS/Azure OR running Kubernetes on bare metal (Rancher/OpenShift).

Problem Solving: Proven ability to debug "CrashLoopBackOff," "OOMKilled," and complex networking latency issues in a distributed system.

Nice to Have:

CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) certification.

Experience deploying AI/ML workloads (GPU scheduling, Milvus/Vector DBs) on Kubernetes.

Background in Java application tuning (JVM memory limits in containers).
