Client: Our client is one of the leading telecommunications providers in the United Arab Emirates.

Project overview: We are developing a scalable digital platform that supports online ticketing, payment processing, and content management for public-facing services. Hosted in Microsoft Azure and built with modern technologies, the platform prioritizes security, performance, and high availability.

Position overview: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our CI/CD pipelines. This is a key role enabling smooth and secure delivery of our platform services.

Technology stack: Cloud: Microsoft Azure Azure Services: Function App, App Service, Application Gateway, Communication Services, PostgreSQL Flexible Server Architecture: Hub-Spoke Network Topology Tech Stack: JavaScript, NX, Next.js, Node.js, Strapi, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Keycloak Deployment Tools: GitLab CI/CD, manual deployments


Responsibilities: Maintain, monitor, and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure. Configure and enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. Manage application secrets and configurations securely using Azure Key Vault. Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, security, and availability. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline workflows. Coordinate with external DevOps and security teams to maintain compliance standards.


Requirements: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management. Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline construction and optimization (GitLab CI/CD preferred). Experience managing secrets/configurations using Azure Key Vault or similar tools. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Node.js) and PostgreSQL databases. Understanding of secure and scalable cloud architectures (Hub-Spoke topology). Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Experience with monitoring tools and incident response processes. * Good communication skills in English.
