Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who can gather software requirements, design efficient deployment workflows, and ensure smooth operations across environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to gather software requirements and translate them into DevOps workflows. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Drive cost optimization strategies across cloud resources. Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery in deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering. Strong expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.). Proficiency in cloud platforms - AWS or Azure (both is a plus). Solid understanding of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar). Hands-on experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in cost optimization of cloud infrastructure. Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with development teams before deployment. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, Bash, or PowerShell). Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to microservices architecture. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Experience with security best practices in cloud and DevOps.

Pay: ₹800,098.52 - ₹2,127,687.14 per year
