What we do The Business Unit Research Innovation & Engineering (RI&E) is involved in development, deployment and maintenance of SAP Profitability and Performance Management product. We are responsible for it\'s architecture, design, development, deployment and maintenance of this product. PaPM is based on SAP Analytics Cloud and we work very closely with SAP in all phases of product development. We are responsible for the development of SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. RI&E team in India works closely with their counterparts in Germany and Poland. It is a young team and rapidly growing in the areas of product development, DevOps, DevSecOps and Performance Engineering. What will you do Define, implement and operate the cloud landscape of our Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM) and other leading financial industry solutions Work in SAP BTP environment Secure web and cloud applications on network, deployment, development and other levels Ensure high standards of system observability with tools like Dynatrace, Sentry, ELK, Grafana Undertake software development tasks Work effectively with colleagues located worldwide What experiences you should have Overall 6+ years of experience in DevOps Working knowledge of SAP BTP environment Experience in implementing continuous delivery, deployment and testing of cloud solutions or web applications Experience with setting up monitoring and alerting system for cloud-based workloads Proven experience with the framework SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) Experience in implementation of an automated delivery process (CI/CD) Experience in the area of software and infrastructure security Experience in the area of Cloud Infrastructure, especially with SAP BTP platform Good Understanding of different deployment strategies such as blue green deployment and rolling update Understanding of Disaster recovery Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as distinct willingness to learn Experience with Kubernetes platform Nice to have Programming Know-how in JavaScript/Typescript Experience with maintaining and deploying multi-tenant application What do we offer A challenging and multi-cultural working environment with experienced teams Highly competitive compensation package including employee benefits and flexible working hours International exposure, internal and external training, and certifications to help you to further develop your talents Access to innovative and emerging technologies A team in which the core values are collaboration, thought leadership and entrepreneurship
