Senior DevOps and IaC Engineer (Terraform)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in DevOps, Cloud architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code and AWS to join our Global engineering team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable cloud infrastructure for our trading and financial applications. This is a hands-on development role where you will contribute to core system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure using Terraform and HCL (compute, storage, networking, Email, SMS, logging, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, DNS management, etc.) Automate provisioning, scaling, and management of infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud initiatives and streamline deployment processes Monitor cloud environments, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and risk management Conduct ongoing security testing and code reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities Contribute to architectural designs, technical documentation, and provide engineering solutions for improved security Stay current with new tools, technologies, and industry best practices, and advise teams on secure coding practices Collaborate with engineering teams to design end-to-end automation workflows in Terraform's infrastructure provisioning ensuring scalable, repeatable, and secure deployments

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience Strong professional experience with Terraform in a production environment Solid understanding of AWS, cloud architecture, and design patterns Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD workflows Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership

Good to Have:

Experience in GCP, Azure Experience in Kubernetes Experience in Ansible
