We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Next.js, Node.js, software

architecture, and project management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background,

hands-on experience in full-stack development, and the ability to lead projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance software
architectures.

Development & Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Next.js, Node.js, and
related technologies.

Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring deadlines
and quality standards are met.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative
development environment.

Problem-Solving: Identify technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize
performance and scalability.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.

Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, and
optimized for scalability.

Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best coding practices, documentation
standards, and agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Next.js & Node.js (2+ years of hands-on experience). Experience with TypeScript, React, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. Proficiency in Software Architecture & Design Patterns. Experience in Agile/Scrum project management. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL - PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a
plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Microservices Architecture. Knowledge of Headless CMS, Serverless Frameworks, and API Gateways. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Next.js and Node.js.
