Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties o Developing advanced features on EduGorilla's proprietary backend technologies o Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of existing services o Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications o Hold technical team meetings with freshers to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects o Ensuring all project releases are done timely and are of the highest quality o Managing email of incoming bug reports and feature requests from users o Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal Qualifications and Skills o Expert in Python (minimum 4 years of experience), and knowledge of at least one Python web framework Tornado, Django and Flask o Expert in data structures and algorithms o Able to create optimal relational database schemas that represent and support business processes o Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 o Strong unit test and debugging skills o Strong technical understanding of enterprise-level system designs and scalable architecture o Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact o professionally with a diverse group o Team handling experience of minimum 6 months.
