Senior Executive - Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

automation tools and applications

to support the production and QC workflows of eLearning projects. Build and maintain

front-end user interfaces

using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for internal tools. Implement

backend logic and APIs

using Python and .NET frameworks. Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., content repositories, LMS systems, databases) to support automated checks and reporting. Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content developers, and QC teams to understand process gaps and build solutions. Maintain clear documentation, version control, and best practices in tool development. Continuously improve tool performance, usability, and scalability based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of hands-on experience

in:

Python (Django/Flask)

.NET / ASP.NET Core

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and deployment. Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for automation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
