We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with 5-8 years of expertise in ETL, Data Warehousing, SQL, and Snowflake, with a solid background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data solution development, translating complex business needs into scalable, compliant data systems that support critical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for transformation, validation, and reporting.
Build and manage scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
Collaborate with domain experts to align data models with pharmaceutical business processes.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Bridge the gap between technical teams, business users, and senior leadership.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and performance in all solutions delivered.
Key Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing, and advanced SQL.
Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake data platform.
Proven experience in the pharma or healthcare domain (mandatory).
Familiarity with Veeva CRM data is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
